Overview
TMYTEK’s hardware modules — the Beamformers (BBoard) and UD Box 5G — are the fundamental building blocks for mmWave system development. The BBoard delivers beam-forming functionality in the n257 band, enabling researchers to steer and manipulate mmWave signals. The UD Box handles the frequency translation required to interface conventional SDRs with mmWave RF front-ends, supporting wide-band operation up to ~44 GHz. Together, they provide a modular and versatile hardware platform suitable for research, prototyping and production-test applications in the mmWave domain.
