quDIS-Interferometric Displacement Measurement
The quDIS is a confocal displacement sensor, based on a Fabry-Pérot or Michelson interferometer, with highest signal stability of < 0,05 nm and a contrast independent measuring algorithm. Next to displacement and distance measurement, vibration analysis is possible with a 25 kHz bandwidth in free sp...

Product Details
The quDIS is a confocal interferometric displacement sensor based on Fabry–Pérot or Michelson interferometer principles, offering ultra-high signal stability (< 0.05 nm) with a contrast-independent measurement algorithm. It enables precise displacement, distance, and vibration measurements with up to 25 kHz bandwidth in free space as well as in glass rods or fiber cavities. Designed for long-duration experiments, quDIS features ultra-stable optical alignment, high-resolution phase measurement with minimal noise, and a modular architecture that adapts easily to lab-scale and quantum optics setups. It is compatible with single-photon detectors and quantum light sources and integrates seamlessly with data acquisition and control systems, making it ideal for advanced metrology and research applications
